A: Each item is carefully inspected by our team to ensure a unified standard. Items are categorized into different groups based on their condition:
100%New – Brand new item(s); full set with receipt or copy receipt; with hardware protectors
99%New – Unused item(s); with missing accessories

95%New – Very good condition; no obvious defect(s)
90%New – Good condition; traces of use without obvious defect(s) e.g. saggy shape
85%New – Fairly good condition; traces of use and visible defect(s)
80%New – Traces of use and multiple obvious defect(s)


Q: How do we guarantee authenticity of luxury items?

A: We are dedicated to identifying counterfeits. Starting from 2019, we have been partnering with Entrupy for authentication. We also provide authentication service. Whatsapp us for further information. (wa.me/85298441216)

Q: What happens if I cannot pass the Entrupy test?

A: You will be notified to collect your item(s). At the same time, you need to pay HKD$500 for administrative charge.

Q: How do we guarantee safety during transaction?
